Isabel did pretty good cut and blow dry but the washing wasn't pleasant - quite mechanical. Nice lady tho. The place is quite dirty :( Had morning appt and it looked like wasn't cleaned from previous day; hair, nails' dust from filing, dirty troleys, shelves, floor. Seems like most ladies there are russians and they do not hesitate to chat in their language while engaged with their clients... Feels awkward being served this way.
