The place is not clean enough, especially evident by the dusty and dirty tools used for manicure and pedicure. The staff, although mostly nice, chats a lot in their native language which makes for an odd visit. But even putting that aside, the worst thing is that the Hollywood Wax has actually left me with burns that now I have to deal with and try to heal. Overall, I won't return again.

There was nobody on the reception when I arrived. My appointment was booked so I was expected. I walked through to the back shop and found two women on mobile phones texting. One of them was my therapist. She should have been in reception waiting for me, not texting during her working hours. The other woman should have been on reception if she had no appointments, not texting in the backroom during work time. Be there for your client, not on your phone texting during working hours.
