The staff kept on talking in their native language (all from the same country - Macedonia).
Their English is very poor and is difficult to communicate.
Most of them were not wearing mask and not keeping distance. Also, coming very close.
The place was dirty - hair everywhere, plus the chairs were not sanitised nor clean after changing customer.
All was flawed. I wonder how they could won those awards. It may be cheaper than other beauty salon but I'd rather pay more and feel more satisfied.
