Isabel was great. I booked for a full head colour instead I decided to go with balyage, which she was completely fine with. I had a haircut as well, which I felt was a bit rushed through, but I was able to get a 2nd appointment to get the haircut I wanted. It was really nice and professional of them to offer me a 2nd appointment. So all in all I had a great experience.
