I was politely acknowledged on arrival and my appointment started within 5 mins. My therapist Zakie was exceptional from start to finish. She listened and would double check to make sure I was happy before confirming, length for example and she went above and beyond to repair a damaged nail. Highly recommend and will be back! 😊
