Today they have lost a client. I have been a loyal customer since 2017 and have come monthly to the salon in the past 2 years spending at least £40 each time. Today for the first time I got the time wrong by 30
min. I recognized it was my fault, but I thought they would somehow help me rearrange the appointment. The lady refused to help me claiming Treatwell charges 40% of each booking, while the app guidelines states that 0% is charged for repeated customers. Also they gave me an infection.
