Such a lovely experience from the moment I walked in. The salon was spotless and every single person smiled and said hello which instantly made me feel comfortable! & I was also seen straight away. Elena did my wax and she was so gentle, warm and friendly! I dont get waxes often bc I usually find them painful, but she constantly checked in on me, explained what she was doing, and was so attentive the whole time. It made such a difference and I felt really looked after :) would 100% recommend!
