I did ask for a trim but came away with much shorter hair than I started with! At least 3 inches! I also said I was trying to grow layers out but these have been made much shorter. The cut does not look even. Overall I am really dissapointed and can't wait for my hair to grow out again and do not like it at all which shouldn't be the case when I just went for a trim! I shall be hibernating until my hair looks better.

No greetings when i walked in (and i believe the manager was the first person i said hi to with no response).
Olga was super nice and polite but i did not like the final result (i wanted to fix my pixie cut to grow it into a bob in few months), it was a bit old dated. i looked like a mushroom.
Not going there again.
