Really wasn't sure what to expect from this. I have very long, thick hair and every other hair dresser in West London was quoting £50+ for a wash, cut & blow-dry. I paid £40 and was really pleased with the outcome! I was a bit apprehensive at first because it was the first time I have had layers, and there was a slight language barrier. However, I received SO many compliments about my new cut, the layers and styling. Overall very good value, not the place you will get a drink on arrival though
