Stylist didn’t ask what i wanted just assumed a flat trim. Didn’t really speak english so difficult to communicate what I wanted. No heat care before blow drying. Little appreciation for curly hair (i looked frizzy when i left). Basic trim i could have done myself.

Came for shellac removal and polish. Polish was sloppy and started to come off one week later. However, biggest issue I have is with their shellac removal technique. It has damaged my nails as they went too deep into the nail plate and damaged the body of the nail, now couple of nail plates are splitting.
