I am extremely disappointed with the result. I asked the hairdresser to clean the ends of my hair and colour them. The hairdresser completely butchered my hair. She cut them so much that I was in shock afterwards. I ended up leaving the hair salon with very short hair. On top of that, I asked her to maintain the same level in all my hair, but she ignored me and did her own thing, giving layers to my hair. I am not planning to go back as I can trust that hair salon anymore.
