I was fully welcomed as soon as I entered. I had to add on a blow dry to my treatment, as I hadn't realised that wasn't included. The team were very accommodating.
Relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Great location. The treatment was very effective, just what I needed. My hair felt so healthy afterwards. I was offered a straight blow dry, or with volume, and was persuaded to go for waves (not my usual). I felt so glamorous afterwards! I loved the experience and would love to go back.

I went for a wash and blow dry and my hair came out very straight, as if it was straightened using a hair straightener rather than a hair dryer. It wasn't exactly what I wanted, but I also said 'yes' when she asked 'do you want it to be straight', so I can't complain! Next time I will say 'straight, with volume and a bit of bounce'
