The staff was friendly but during the waxing she wasn't able to have a conversation. The waxing was painful and the girl did a good job, about the result I'm ok with it. I can't expect that much for 20 pounds.

Really nice, neat little place. Had to wait for a bit before Monica could see me, but not too long (and I understand it's the weekend!). Waxing was performed perfectly - can't remember the last time it hurt so little. Would definitely recommend and will be back.
