The lady who actually did the treatment was really lovely. The place was a bit awkward in general, e.g. walked past the manager out the front having a cigarette and laughing at people walking by on my way in. The treatment itself was odd. As a specialist blackhead treatment, I expected lotions and potions, not a mini facial followed by the lady popping my spots... All over very awkward and definitely not worth 50 quid!!!

HAIRSTYLE - WHAT IS GOING ON?!! I went here several time and actually believed that they were good.
But today they did not give me the hair style I had asked for, it was far from my request and I had to pay 62 pounds for it.
And when I mentioned to the owner that it did not look like how I wanted he goes on “yea that's right, but everybody is happy for our service”! And of course he did not fix it.
Horrible they do not listen to what you want and they don’t care about their clients.
