I visited the salon for a gel nail removal. I was HIGHLY disappointed with the results to say the least. The place was filthy, dust and hair all over the nail station and seats. You could tell that the towel hadn't been washed and the equipment too as made evident by the layer of dust and nail filings on eveything. The lady had overfiled my nails and has left almost all of them brittle, breaking off and very very thin. In the process of filing the gel off, she caused one of my fingers to bleed because she was so rough. This was a very painful treatment. In the end, another member of staff had to take over. I would never revisit this place and my nails are still recovering from such a rough treatment. It was clear the woman had no idea what she was doing or aware that I could feel anything. Please DO NOT visit this place for a nail treatment, especially for removal. As for the staff, they were hardly welcoming and conversational. On several occasions they glared at my treatment and spoke amongst themselves in their native language which made me feel very uncomfortable and aware that they were speaking about me. Again, avoid this place at all costs.
