The services provided were ok but e place is really what let them down, not really clean, and despite they've proposed hot beverage and so, the ambience was not there, was too quiet or so but I felt strange while there. Again good attention to customers needs anyway

When I arrived I checked in and said that I had paid in advance, which was confirmed. My beauty therapist was lovely and very helpful, but when we were finished she didn't seem to understand when I said that I had paid in advance. I popped out to get some cash for a tip afterwards, and when I came back she thought I was trying to pay with the tip... told me that I needed to give her more money, which was a tad embarrassing as I had to reiterate that I had already paid! Great Shellac tho!
