It was not great. I was not amazed with the salon (the staff members kept talking in different language amongst themselves - above my head!), clean, but nothing special. I went for highlights and cut: highlights are not starting from the roots (not even closely) and the cut is not what I wanted. As some of it was cut dry, it seems that this made my hair more dry and have split ends.
