The lady doing my nails rushed the removal of the shellac and really damaged my nails. She scraped at my nails before putting acetone, and when using acetone only left it on for 5 mins - clearly the shellac hadnt weakened to which she continued to hack away using a nail file! After pointing this out seceral times she tried to apply thr new shellac without fully removing the previous one. Had to ask her to stop and left the salon. Very disappointed! I left the salon with terribly scratched and damaged nails!

Not the most welcoming but the results were really great and as someone who doesn't love small talk it was really great! Not a luxury experience but great value for money :)
