It was a very good experience for £20. The ambience isn't anything special. There are people getting their hair done at the front of the salon and a tv playing top 40 music, so it's not the most quiet and relaxing experience. The woman who did my pedicure was very thorough and I have no complaints about the end result. It's a great deal if you're more interested in the end result than the actual experience.
