Me and my friend went in one day to have a look at the salon and ask if they do the ombre we wanted they all said yes, on the actual day they put as a women who did not understand English, who did not know what she was doing to our hair and the rudeness was unreal, they spoke half the time in their language and was rude! the ombre came out looking like crap! it looked like it was something i could of done myself and wasnt even ombre, was dip dyed, also when we showed her the pic of the ombre we wanted she done something completely different and we had to tell her to change the tone every time, very disappointing, never putting my feet again in this salon! my hair is ruined!
