The staff is really nice. I was a bit hesitant initially as it's located in Shepherd's Bush areas but it was clean and perfect for me. I arrived a bit late but they still accommodated me and I wanted an extra pedicure which they adjusted as well. Thank you for great service.

Although they ended up ok, the beautician didn't fully follow the shape of my eyebrow as requested and I didn't get to see the shape until after the tinting - so after it was too late!
