Ladies' Waxing
General light massage for back, shoulders, head and neck. Head massage was really relaxing. Looking for more deep tissue work so I wouldn't go here unless your happy with relaxation massage.
Therapeutic Massage
The treatment overall was very well done, though my cuticles where cut a little to much. However what let this place down was the atmosphere, it felt quite unfriendly and uncomfortable, if the atmosphere was better this experience would be near perfect!!
I walked in and was told to take a seat - at the hair washing basin - while I waited to be seen. The lady doing my waxing was finishing off a manicure so was about 10-15 mins late. When she easy finally ready she took me to a room and just left me there without talking to me or telling me to get undressed. When she finally returned, again, without a word, she immediately started litwrally throwing wax on me without testing the temperature, doing any cleaning/prepping of the area and she slipped the wax in me at such speed that it went across my leg as well. She raced through the waxing doing large areas at a time to make up for her being late to start. When she finished she put some solution over me to get rid of any extra wax but didn't out in any after care or soothing cream so I left feeling like I was on fire. Overall, staff were unfriendly, the wax was very unprofessional and I would NOT recommend it.
