I have been coming for several months now, always seeing Veronica who understood what I was asking for and did an excellent and quick job. On my most recent visit I saw Monica and came away really disappointed. She did not understand the shape I wanted, despite not asking for a different shape to the one I went in with, and whenever I questioned this she became increasingly annoyed. She even tried to explain why I 'thought' the shape of my nails looked wonky. I am paying for a service, and so even if she maybe didn't agree that the shape wasn't correct and each nail was wonky and slightly different to the next, she should have amended to what I was asking.. after all I am the one who has to look at them every day. I gave up pointing things out to her, as she was so clearly annoyed and wasn't doing what I asked. It also took her twice as long as with Veronica. I came away with much shorter nails than I would have liked, after many failed attempts at rescuing the shape. I would hesitate to come back here in the future if I thought I may have to use Monica again.

Pedicure service was great and very detailed.
nail extensions a bit rough as the salon tried to save time by having nails filed while pedicure was ongoing...This however meant different girls filed my nails and my nails were a bit over filed. Overall experience was great and good value. Will return.
