I booked this last minute and had no idea what the salon was like and was really pleased with what I found. When I arrived, I was greeted by a really friendly gentleman, offered a drink. The lady who did both my gel nails and pedicure was excellent, not very talkative (but I quite liked that as it was more relaxing). The finished result was perfect and great value. I would definitely recommend No. 1 Hair & Beauty.

Always impressed by this salon, it offers great service and value. The staff are friendly and attentive, and I think its better than some other much more expensive salons I have been to.

Polite friendly staff greeted me and made me feel welcome. Then they were transparent and open about waiting time, offering drink and seat etc. It was definitely the sort of environment I want for a treatment - doesn't have to be fancy but I want to feel 'served'. Professional and efficient therapist did a great job quickly - just what I want from waxing. And nice cup of tea.
