My treatment was good. But overall experience was awful. I have been to have this same treatment at No1 before and had a really good experience.
This time, however, I was taken into the treatment room and facial started with one woman, about 10 minutes in another woman entered and there was lots of talking and organising of the room. The second woman then takes over my facial. Unfortunately she couldn't speak good English and couldn't explain why they had switched. Eventually we got someone else to come explain why, it turns out the second woman was booked to do the facial and the first was just to set up room and show her where all the products to be used are and order of the facial. All was fine.
Other therapists entered and exited the room multiple times over the rest of my hour (I counted about 7 times). Very disruptive.
When I mentioned the confusion over 2 therapists and the people coming and going out of the treatment room the 'man' at the front desk (manager? owner?) dismissed me and told me it was just how it is there.
Very disappointing service and I will not be returning to this salon.

This is my fourth time coming here. My only main complaint would be that I see a different therapist every time and I wish that I would be given the same person when I return next

My last shellac from here came off quite quickly but this one appears to be better. The lady who did my nails was a perfectionist and spent a lot of time making them look great. I would recommend them but I think they do need to sterilise their equipment properly.
