This was my first ever mani/pedi and I am genuinely disappointed at the experience.
The equipment used for the pedicure was not hygienicly clean/sterile (including bladed tools). I saw the tools being washed in a front of house sink with hot soapy water and a spritz of alcohol spray.
The staff were friendly but slightly slapdash. My nails and toes were cut and bleeding from cuticle removal. They are still dry and sore.
The paint on my toes was not given enough drying time and smudged. My gel manicure is patchy and wasn't painted to the tip on some nails.
Very disappointed with this salon and I shall not be returning!

Love this place. Such good value. Staff are always really friendly, Not the most luxurious salon but you get for what you pay for. Recommend

Fantastic service and treatment here. Had the classic pedicure and wasn't expecting my toes to be given the star treatment. Really lovely lady giving the service too. Had to wait slightly longer than anticipated to have the treatment despite making the appointment in advance. It sure why they were running late but still offered a drink to make up for it.

I am a regular at this salon. They are quick and efficient, and incredibly good value for money, and the staff there are always friendly. The lady doing my pedi was so thorough and I felt amazing afterwards. Thank you!
