Note the treatment says i had a hand massage but actually it was a back, neck and shoulder. The hour long massage was really good, it worked out a lot of the tension in my back and shoulders. To improve it would have been nice to have some relaxing music on as i could just hear the whir of the fan and the squeak of the masseuse's shoes. Also there wasn't great communication from the masseuse. She just showed me to the room and left without saying anything so didn't know what i was supposed to do, how much to get undressed etc. Also did the same at the end, told me to relax for a 5 mins and then left and i wasn't sure if she was coming back or if i was supposed to get dressed and leave. But the massage itself was very good.
