Used for the first time as I needed to attend an event in the area locally. Nice therapist but I didn't get the colour outcome that I wanted and didn't have enough time to correct this. The colour started coming off shortly after the application so feel a bit let down. I would normally go back and raise an issue like this with the salon but as I don't come into this area regularly, it didn't seem worth the hassle. Nice enough therapist that did the job but poor execution overall.
