I don't think they understand how to do a full hair colour here or at least the person that did my hair Isabel. My hair came out ash brown which I didn't want. She just put the light blonde hair straight away and obviously my hair is dark so it didn't go that colour. Please don't waste your money here go somewhere where they know what they are doing.
