One of the worst waxes I have had. The woman was late, she didn't know what treatment I wanted, she tried to take the wax off while it was still hot, poured wax all over my shirt and legs, made me bleed. The whole experience was painful, awkward and I had to leave half way through because the woman made me bleed.
