I have been having face waxes for the last 7 years, and have been to this establishment before. however, this time the therapist used very hot wax, and when I complained or said that my face looked red, she said it would settle in 15 minutes and it always happened. it's never happened to me before, but I trusted her and left it. A day later, the right side of my face is completely red and covered with a rash. I won't be coming back at all. very incompetent.

After moving to London and searching endlessly for an affordable place to cut my short hair, I came across this one on Treatwell and decided to give it a chance. It's not a fancy place, but it gets the job done well and at affordable rates. The woman who cut my hair didn't seem to speak a lot of English but we communicated just fine. I have a short cut for the first time in my life, and I knew I needed to cut it and fix it but I didn't know what I needed, so I explained her the problem and she suggested something, we went with it and it was great. In all honestly, it's really good value for money and I was very happy to get out of there with a nice haircut and experience, since she was also very nice and during the process she repeatedly asked whether I liked what she was doing so far. Would recommend.
