I went to this hair salon looking to get a trim and a slightly darker shade of brown. After about half an hour of trying to tell the woman what I wanted because she couldn't understand me she said she said that she'd mix two shades together and I would get a light brown colour. I left the salon with black hair and much much shorter than I wanted. It's now 6 weeks later and the colour has only lifted ever so slightly so it's still black. Overall unsatisfactory service.
