I was a bit concerned about the cleanliness of this place, the tools looked a bit dusty. Also when removing my acrylics it took longer than anticipated and was a bit rough. However my booking ran exactly on time despite this which was good. I am very happy with my shellac manicure it looks great. The therapist explained she left a bit of the acrylic on my nails to make the shape a bit better and it would come off when I get that shellac removed. Thank you
