The people were very nice and so was the treatment, however only the tint job wasn't able to meet my standards since my eyebrows looked quite unsymmetrical.

I haven't found a hairdressers yet that has delivered on a full head of highlights. they have either not been close enough to the root or the hairdresser hasn't put foils through the whole head. izabel was great!! she took her time (about 2 hours for a full head of foils to be put in) but I felt reassured as she was taking her time to make sure the colour was great. she also added a toner to my hair before shampooing which improved the overall colour of my hair - at no extra cost. could not be happier - I have already booked my next appt with her!
