This is the fourth time I had root colour at No 1 Hair. I was overall happy with the result. I normally give five stars but this time I have given four. The reasons are: first the hot water was scorching and when I pointed it out was told that due to an issue with the boiler the water temperature goes up and down and tends to be temperamental. Second after the hair was washed there was hair dye left on both my ears. I was given cotton buds to clean it myself. I will book again and hope the experience will be a better one. The stylist was good as usual.
