I've been to this place before and had no problems whatsoever, however this time was totally different.
The pedicure started great, feet were lovely and soft, but the ombre colouring was not very well done and looks like a child could have done it... the sponge technique does not work at all.
When I saw how my toes looked I had a change of heart for my nail colour, as it was nearing closing time my lady was not happy and started ripping at my cuticles and didn't seem very apologetic. Her whole demeanour changed as her colleagues cleared up. My fingers were stinging.
long story short, my fingers look incredible but they were bleeding an hour after and nearly 4 days on they are still sore and raw, and I now have hangnails. For this I've had no choice but to lower my rating.
