My Hair stylist did a really good job at my hair, however the English was very broken so I don't think she didn't fully understand what I wanted. I showed pictures of the colour I wanted but unfortunately the end result didn't match the photos and wasn't as blonde as I would have liked. All in all though - great value for money and the hairwash was amazing and very thorough!!
