last time I went I arrived just a few minutes late and had booked for short instead of long hair and even last minute the were able to accommodate. have recommended multiple times No1 hair and more to my friends and always everyone is happy with quality/value of money and treatments.The only thing was that on my last visit my hairstylist gave me the impression that she wanted to finish as quickly as possible,I know I had made a mistake with my booking but I would prefer to choose which stylist I would prefer treat my hair when booking via treatwell. Thank you.
