The actual gel is fine but after repeatedly asking the therapist to leave the length along as I'd been growing them for weeks, she filed them down at least half way. I was really unhappy and kept pulling my hand away but she just kept going. I'm assuming it was the language barrier but not really an excuse when you work in a nail barrier. Will come back but really hope I don't get the same therapist as I'm growing them again now!
