The staff is very kind. The only problem is that my skin is very sensitive and after wax I've had a couple of marks for 2 weeks on my upper legs. I upgraded my bikini waking to Brazilian and I paid £15 of difference, what it's ok.
Maya was very nice anyway and I came the next day for doing my nails. I bite my nails and the fake ones are really awesome!

There are always some delays which is totally understandable, but this time they had me waiting first 10 min just sitting down and then 20 min with my feet in the hot water because the only lady they had to do the pedicure was with another client and then outside smoking. They only paid me attention when start with me when I asked to leave.. the scheduling needs to improve!
