I have been here once before and had a great gel manicure. Not sure why this time round but my manicurist butchered my cuticles. She used the electric buffer and by the end I was bleeding and my cuticles are still sore and swollen today! Very upset as I am due to go on holiday. I just hope the swelling settles. I should have mentioned the pain when she was doing it but I trusted she knew what she was doing. Will not return.

I usually give 5 stars to this salon as it's my favorite. But this time I went on a weekend and I've got my nails done from another beautician I've never seen, who said me only works weekends. Good chat and nice person, but nails are not as the salon's standard. Next time I'll book I'll make sure to go on weekdays
