I have been coming here every month for a year now. This time I opted for a French normal manicure without shellac but because on Treatwell there is no such thing as adding removal shellac on some packages I thought I will tell them at the venue. Once I got there they told me that there is no time for French manicure since I need to do Shellac Removal too, therefore I should to Normal Manicure instead. Ok. Fair enough. I was not explicit when I've made the booking ( nor the app gave me another alternative ). So I had shellac removal and normal manicure and because the lady who was doing my nails made a mistake on one of them she applied a 3rd coat. When everything was finished and done and I was ready to pay , while I was reaching for my bag my manicure got destroyed. It seems that they didn't give them enough time to dry because of the 3rd coat applied. In that moment they said that they can do it again if needed. ( Oh, now you have time?!?) I told them that I just want the nail polish removed. The lady applied anywa a coat for shine (as a goodwill gesture... ) but guess what? She again didn't give me enough time to dry it so, once again I was with my manicure ruined. However, I paid the full price for the service. I have never complained about anything in my life. I work in customer service and I know how hard it is sometimes to deal with challenging customers, however this was just a lack of respect towards a customer who has been coming to the salon for a year now. My work requires me to have my nails done. I didn't come because I have money to spend or because I like spoiling myself. Nevertheless, this experience was so disappointing and no one should be trated this way. I will never return for sure.
