It was the first time that the hairdresser was dealing with my type of hair (curly and frizzy) so she was worried. She struggled a bit so I told her how to do it. Regarding the manicure, it chipped few hours after and wasn't shinny. I went back the day after to tell them, and i want to say they got a good customer service, they re-did it.
