My lashes look great and the shaping of my brows is brilliant, but unfortunately I am slightly disappointed by the colouring of my brows. I'm not sure why the dye didn't take as it was left on for the normal length of time, but there are quite a few blonde and grey hairs left in my brows meaning they don't look as good as they normally do after I have had them coloured.
However, the service at No 1 is normally excellent so I am assuming this is just a one off and will continue to use the salon for my brows and lashes.

Really impressed with my cut and balayage from No.1. It really is great value compared to some of the chains in Shepherds Bush. I'm definitely coming back here next time and would recommend it.
