I chose my wax with Monica because she had such great reviews and she definitely lived up to her positive reputation! Much to my surprise the wax was virtually painless and not a single hair was left. Monica was very friendly and professional. I was meant to book my eyebrow wax & tint and eyelash tint for straight after my Hollywood wax but upon arrival at the salon I realised I’d accidentally booked it for 2 hours later and despite the fact that the salon was fully booked that day, they managed to get all treatments done at the same time so I didn’t have to come back later on. I was very impressed with the salon and will definitely be returning and recommending to all my friends. Thank you so much to Monica and the team.

I will go back to the salon but I will never have a service done by the same woman. My pedicure was amateur I could have done better myself, the customer service she offered was forced and minimal she approached me with a can’t be bothered attitude. There was no hello or even a smile. Once my feet were in the water she walked out the shop without even saying a word. The worst thing for me was when she started discussing me with her colleague in their language. The therapist called her colleague over to have a look at my feet and then back at my face. I could tell from their body language and false smiles that it wasn’t anything pleasant. I left the shop with sour taste in my mouth and to repaint my toenails once I got home.
