I usually rate this salon highly but unfortunately didn't have a great experience with my last hair cut. Staff seemed rushed to get me out of there - no offer of tea/coffee or a magazine to read. I was nearly burnt when they washed my hair before the cut as they had not tested the water temperature or asked me if it was ok. My hair was washed and cut in under 10 minutes with not much care taken. Bit disappointing for a salon which is usually great
