Normally very happy with this place, but this visit didn't go well - I got paired with a new manicurist, who really didn't do a good job (she didn't let the nail polish dry, also all my nails have now broken). I was also annoyed that I wasn't noticed for a very long time, I didn't have a massage chair, and I wasn't offered anything to drink. Serious downgrade from their usual service, but maybe it was a one-off.

I had the lovely Nadia doing my waxing and she was amazing. She was friendly and was also able to calm me down when I was nervous, so I’d definitely recommend her if it’s your first time waxing. She was also very thorough, she saw the tiniest hairs and got rid of them. Excellent job!
