I always come here for my Shellac manicures and it’s usually brilliant. This time I decided to do Ombré Shellac this time big unfortunately, when I arrived, the lady doing the manicure said that Shellac Ombré does not look good on small nails and is used mostly on acrylic nails. At the end I ended up doing normal Shellac with a bit of glitter which was not my expectation and I still paid the full amount. If you cannot do ombré Shellac / have specific conditions meaning not all clients can have it done, it’s perhaps worth explaining on the website!
Other than that, all my other normal shellac visits have been great.
