I have had great experiences here on several occasions, and the staff are lovely. Most recently though, I didn’t feel that the service was quite of the same usual high standard. I was also told a few minutes before the end of my treatment that the price was an additional £15 because I had “booked the wrong treatment online.” A bit disappointing given the usual positive experience I’ve had.

Very disappointed in the treatment received. Felt like a nuisance from the moment I sat down and was not relaxing at all. My toes were nipped several times and 4 days on still feel very tender to touch, would not go again
