I arrived at the exact time of my appointment and had to wait for 20 minutes for the beautician to have time to do me. She didn’t know what I had booked, so she just started doing my manicure. When she finally went and checked that I booked a pedicure I felt like I was making her do more work. The place looked so dirty, there were empty muhs everywhere, the chair I sat on was dirty, there were gloves on the floor and people’s cut nails all over the place. Disgusting. I didn’t know what the lady was doing at any time because her English was so bad and she only talked to her colleagues in whatever language they were speaking. Polish on my toes wasn’t dry when leaving and it got messed up within minutes of leaving.
